If you fail to return the equipment on time, you will be charged the full cost for the unit on your final statement.
They offer several convenient options for returning your equipment. You can return the equipment to your local office, or they can provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you can send the equipment back to them.
Steps to Return Equipment to Local Office:

Astound Broadband provides multiple convenient payment options to pay your bill, including online payment, payment through their automated phone system, app, mail payment, or in-person payment at any of their payment locations.
Check your bill to see if the deposit is adjusted in it. If not, then contact them, and they’ll refund you the amount. Make sure to disable the autopay service if you have opted for it, as it will automatically pay the final bill.
