Contour TV Starter
Contour TV Starter costs $56 per month. It includes over 75 local channels. The channel lineup includes top networks, such as CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, PBS, and more.
Contour TV Preferred
For $99 per month, customers can choose Contour TV Preferred. This package has over 140 local channels, including top networks as well as popular cable channels, such as ESPN, HGTV, USA, the Food Network, TBN, Nickelodeon, and more.
Contour TV Preferred Plus
Contour TV Preferred Plus is the next tier plan. It costs $119 per month and gives you over 170 local and cable channels, including some premium channels like Max, Starz, and Showtime.
Contour TV Ultimate
As its name suggests, Contour TV Ultimate is the highest-tier plan that Cox offers. At $139 per month, the ultimate plan includes more than 250 local and cable channels, including premium channels and channel packs. Along with all the channels from the previous tiers, Ultimate customers can watch the NFL Network, Disney Junior, Cleo TV, and more.
All of the Cox TV plans come with one Contour cable box and a voice control remote. Record 1 DVR service is included for 12 months, as well. On-Demand is available for all plans.

Contour TV App
The Contour TV App lets you watch TV on the go. It essentially turns your mobile phone or tablet into a portable TV, so you can stream your favorite shows from anywhere.

Premium Channels

On-Demand
Contour 2 On Demand is Cox’s On-Demand service. It puts over 150,000 movies and tv show titles at your fingertips.
Some programs are available to watch for free. Others can be purchased or rented. The latest episodes of many popular tv shows are available for free the day after they air. There is a Kids & Teens filter that can be used to find family-friendly entertainment.
On-Demand content can be watched from anywhere with the Contour app. You can re-watch programs as many times as you like, from any device.
DVR
A DVR is not included with Cox TV plans. It must be purchased as an add-on.
DVR allows you to record live TV shows as they air and store them to watch later, on your own time. You can also pause and rewind live TV, as well as skip commercials.
With the purchase of a Cox TV plan, customers get 12 months of free Record 1 DVR service. After this, or if you want to be able to record more than 1 program at a time, you must select a separate monthly DVR plan.
Cox has 3 tiers of DVR service plans: Essential DVR, Preferred DVR, and Ultimate DVR Service.

Essential DVR Service
Essential DVR Service costs $13.50 per month. You can record 2 shows at once and store 250 HD hours worth of content.
Preferred DVR Service
For $20 per month, you can get Preferred DVR Service. This plan allows you to record 6 shows at the same time and store up to 250 HD hours.
Ultimate DVR Service
The highest tier is Ultimate DVR Service, which costs $30 per month. You can record up to 24 shows simultaneously and store 1,000 HD hours of content.
If you already have a DVR box from your previous service, you can use this instead. However, you will need to buy the Cox CableCard for $4 per month. It is a digital cable decoder. Your DVR must be compatible with the CableCard to use with your Cox TV service.
TV Support
