First, I placed my laptop 10 feet away from the routing device, and the 5 GHz band had download and upload speeds of 938 Mbps and 36 Mbps, respectively. At the same time, 2.4 GHz frequency recorded 514 Mbps and 29 Mbps for downloads & uploads.

The router’s speed capacity seems fine at this price, as I paired a Cox 500 Mbps plan to determine its real-time speeds.
In the proximity test, the performance over the 5GHz was decent, with downloads and uploads clocking at 514 Mbps and 18 Mbps, respectively. On the 2.4GHz band, the respective speed values fared at 498 Mbps and 15 Mbps.
